1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DevMesh platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Redomic Labs Private Limited ("Redomic Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DevMesh is an AI-native assessment platform designed to evaluate software engineering talent through multi-agent orchestration, vigilance scoring, and architectural problem-solving environments. We provide services to both individual developers ("Candidates") and evaluating organizations ("Companies").

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity

When participating in DevMesh assessments, Candidates agree to maintain strict academic and professional integrity. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, bypass, or attempt to manipulate the AI vigilance scoring or anti-cheating mechanisms.
• Share, publish, or distribute the proprietary assessment scenarios, agent personas, or test requirements outside of the DevMesh platform.
• Impersonate another person or use another person's identity to take an assessment.

5. Intellectual Property

Company Codebases: If a Company integrates its custom codebase into DevMesh for enterprise assessments, the Company retains all intellectual property rights to its code. Redomic Labs claims no ownership over customer code.

DevMesh IP: The Service, including its original content, features, assessment environments, agent personas, scoring rubrics, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Redomic Labs Private Limited and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Redomic Labs Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redomic Labs Private Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
